Good new equipment alot of potential just got to put in the work perfect location good spot...
This gym is good for the Hewitt- Lorena area because it's close. I am needing to cancel my membership, and the process is way to complicated! I have been struggling financially and was unable to pay, and got a of one call from one of the employees who rudely reminded me I still owe! I went specifically for Zumba and they are down to only one instructor. I will pay my debt, but I am going elsewhere for my workouts. Too many complications for me here.
I've been a member for 2 days now. This place has a lot of nice equipment, a lot of potential, big open concept, but I'd like to see some of the cardio equipment fixed or replaced.
Never really busy, equipment is older, in need of repairs and cleaning. Equipment is very dirty! If I didn't live 2 miles away I would join golds. Lowered my review to one star. Another piece of equipment is broken. Going to check out Golds on Monday. Very sad this place has potential. Update: I was contact by a very nice lady who I believe had the best intentions within her ability to correct the issue. We shall see what happens.
