If I could turn back time was a song by Cher. I wish I had stayed home and listened to it more often and not shopped where I did. Horrible would be an understatement. Service, their word, product completion, service after sale, follow up etc all were lacking in the worst way.
Excellent Customer service! We worked with Misty and she was informative and transparent throughout the entire process. We are from out of state and called many times with questions about floorplans, selections, upgrades etc. Misty always returned my calls and emails, she provided prices right away. Many other dealers just wanted us to come in before having an idea of what our final cost would be.
