Fontaine Towers needs to be audited, Danielle Grobe is way too Micromanaging and plays favorite with tenants. I've been using a space heater for my apt because she says there's nothing wrong with it! While it's 63° in my apt.
If you are a low-income senior, handicapped or disabled person, try very hard to find affordable housing elsewhere; elsewhere signifying a management that respects its tenants and shows initiative to be concerned about and work with tenants to resolve issues beyond just dripping faucets.
