Communication was great at the beginning of the project, but after that the installation date was pushed back several times with very little communication or updates. Once the channel drain was installed, there were a few quality issues. The concrete color was inconsistent, the saw cuts were a bit rough, and the grate was not completely level in a few areas. We had a pool deck repaired. The guys did an amazing job, and were so nice and courteous. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They were here when they were supposed to be, and the job was finished right on time. This is our second experience with Ken’s. ****^

We had our front steps removed and new steps and sidewalk installed. It looks great! The crew had the entire demo, install and cleanup done in half a day - amazing.
