I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop, and I strongly do not recommend it. At first, Eddie promises great service, but when it comes to handling the insurance, he does nothing at all, even though they are being paid to do so. Instead, he blames the customer, and you end up having to handle everything yourself. I stopped in Titan collision to get a price on having my bumper repaired. I was dealing with a guy named Eddie who represented himself as the manager and one of the owners. He was extremely nice to me took some photos and my information and told me he would contact me with a price since he was busy at the moment. A few hours later I started to get random texts from him saying he would repair my car for free if I would go out with him to dinner. I didn’t want to be rude so I said I would think about it. I was lucky enough to meet Eddie, the best in the business! Thanks to his incredible responsibility and hard work, my car looks brand new again. I also want to mention how friendly everyone at the shop is. What truly touched me, though, was Eddie's endless patience and great attitude, even when I kept bothering him with questions.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. It took the body shop a full month to return my car, and during that entire time I never received a single callback. I constantly had to push the insurance company myself because Eddie, the person I dealt with most, was rude, dismissive, and refused multiple times to let me speak with a manager. Absolutely the best of the best autobody shop around in town. Professional customer service and workmanship in detail. Went there for a front bumper paint and replacement, headlight replacement, and new license holder installation. Quick estimate with a reasonable price. Got my car back exactly on the projected date. Thumbs up for the Titan Collison team for providing one-stop-shop service. Highly recommended.
