I have been storing my boat at this facility for two years. When I signed up, I provided a credit card to have on file so they could auto-charge my account. About four months ago, I got a new credit card and the card they have on file is no longer active. I have never missed a payment. I have called 5 times and left multiple voicemails in the last four months to provide correct payment information, however, they have not called back.
