I LOVE my new kitchen by Titan Builders. This was my first remodeling project so I was very nervous. Kevin walked me through everything and promised I would end up with something I loved that was within my budget. He was right! He was patient as I asked my one million questions, and found a solution to every part of my project to ensure I was happy with the result. The crew was very kind and any concerns I had were remedied. I have dark framed windows, but initially the interior caulk was white. I requested that they change it to a dark colored caulk because it looks better in my opinion so they came back and fixed it. There was an issue initially with my screw covers which has since been remedied. Josh came by and replaced every one of them that needed replacing so everything is clean and perfect. Contracted with Titan Builders for a remodel. We started with the roof, windows, and doors. So far, it has been a great experience. The project manager, Josh, has been responsive and ensured their workforce has been diligent and respectful in their work. We are still working on the interior work, to include flooring and a bathroom. I will update once the project is complete.
Mark and Robert have been such a pleasure to work with. Not only do they work quickly, the work is high quality and has a wow factor that can't be described. Mark has an eye for creating a breathtaking space, without pushing too much on the project too quick. Our renovation isn't even complete, but it is stunning. We will be using them in the future for any other projects we want completed.
Highly recommend Titan for impact windows. Despite being disappointed in a 6 week delay, the overall experience was 5 stars. When Gabby finally called to set up the install, I asked her what I needed to do to prepare. She said it was white glove service and there was really nothing for me to do. Woohoo The install guys showed up the next day and they delivered. I was very impressed with their prep work, which kept a significant amount of dust and debris from entering my home.
