Simon was so professional to deal with. I am very pleased with the results from Titan Automotive on my Volkswagen Passat. Quality and honesty, you can't get better than that. I highly recommend Titan Automotive.
Simon who took our payment was a super nice guy. Very respectful, polite & friendly. Titan did an excellent job on our car, which was in for a service. He did exactly what we wanted. Had my car battery replaced and the whole experience was excellent! Simon was super professional, polite, and friendly. The price was very reasonable, and the service was efficient — everything was done in a great time frame. We also had extra questions about the car (not just the battery), and Simon took the time to explain everything and gave us some really helpful recommendations to save money in the long run. Honestly, top-notch service — highly recommend!
Wife taken her BMW in for a service, collected late afternoon, only to hear a slight rattle coming from the front end, call and asked just to bring it back, left it for the second day of the road, then slugged $80 for the inspection, the sound was no longer there so what did you forget to do during the service. Sorry guys that not how you treat customers. Won’t be back found someone who knows how to fix a car right the 1st time. Might want to look at your pricing also way too expensive.
Couldn’t recommend these guys more. Went to three different mechanics all quoting me ridiculous prices for repairs. Took my car in here and told me everything they were going to do before they did it and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Five plus stars for the boys at Titan.
