RecommendedPrompt courteous service in an emergency situation! I was able to wait in pleasant setting while they repaired a hole in my tire. They noticed my car needed an inspection and did that at the same time! I had tried 2 other auto shops (including Lexus) and was given a week + waiting time! Thanks Titan!

Simply amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left everyone communicated and showed manners and wonderful customer service. When your done they send you a list of everything that needs to be repaired and everything in good standing. They took me out to my car to show me what they done and all. Thank you so much !!!! They are a Rip Off. They take advantage of women and some men who don’t know any better.
The shop is nice and clean. The staff is extremely nice. They found things that was wrong with my car and I was able to take care of them.

Another great experience at Titan Auto & Tire for my oil change in my hybrid Fusion. I was welcomed by Kim Taylor with a big smile prior to checking in with Bruce at the counter! The wait was very short. I checked out with Sarah and talkies about the oil change club you offer. It was so rewarding when I got into my vehicle and there hung a $25 off voucher to give to a friend if I refer them. I highly recommend Titan Auto & Tire for your next vehicle service!
