Called several places for a new windshield on our BMW 328i and window regulator for BMW X5. Titan Auto glass had the lowest quote for both, and the highest ratings. So I asked a lot of questions and did research on the parts used and service. Owner Adren patiently answered all questions. Everything checked out. Their tech Jaymie came out to do the work. My experience with Titan Auto Glass was exceptional. I called numerous glass companies to get quotes to replace my 335i's windshield. Jason was the ONLY one who offered me 3 different brands of glass. He took plenty of time to discuss my options. He was also the only one to mention about the BMW logo on the original glass, which I didn't aware of, that is crutial when returning your leased vehicle. Yesterday a rock hit my windshield while I was driving on 75 and caused a crack about 1 inch long. Today I went to Titan auto glass and had the crack repaired. You can hardly see it! Really nice staff and very reasonable prices. Big plus it's a local business. Thank you!!!
