This place is not for newbies at 53! The staff is polite.
Be mindful of turns and pedestrians and 4wheelers.. Staff member that I dealt with was friendly and courteous.
DO NOT SEND A ROOKIE DRIVER HERE!!First off I will say extremely nice and friendly staff the back in isn’t to bad pretty much a straight back into dock but DO NOT forget to SLIDE TANDEMS TO REAR like the driver in blue truck found out hard way and hit there overhead door. What makes this very difficult you then need to blind side through the gate and come out same way you came in.. VERY NARROW STREET. Also be prepared to drive over sidewalk
The small parking lot is not friendly and they do not want to move their cars to turn
