TISW exceeded our expectations. Here's why. Tony the salesperson came out and explained the process and alleviated any concerns we may have had regarding our project. Yeah but, he's the salesman, most will say just about anything to make the sale. Every concern that he addressed was right on the money and without exaggeration. The 3 man team that came out to replace our 4 patio doors with impact glass said that they would arrive at 8:00 AM. This is Miami. That usually means sometime near 9:00 AM. From site visit through price quote through installation til follow up they have been the best and most professional and customer orented. Could not recommend them any higher than I do. They were awesome.
Service was great. Anthony responded whenever we had questions and once they started it was just one week and everything was done. They were careful not to overly disrupt our house and the windows look perfect.
