Jason Keye was very professional and followed through the entire project from estimate to being happy with installation. Cory was excellent installing, setting up, showing how to use. Cory is very smart, hard working and a great representive of his company. I have a very hard home with very high ceiling, skylights to work around installing. I would recommend highly Tison Sound & Security!
Very poor work. Better off hiring someone on the side than these guys. We already had our system. The salesperson visited and quoted work. Both he and the installers tried to sell me additional and unnecessary equipment. For example, both salespeople and installers tried to sell me plastic boxes to cover each of the outdoor cameras *for their protection*. Bogus! Not to mention those boxes are so ugly. They completed the job and the cameras work, but nothing was configured and the wires were just left lying haphazardly across... read more
We hired them to do a job of adding to an existing system. We had already purchased the system and gave them the manuals for how to install it and how it interacted with our system. They said they could do it, provided a quote, their technician showed up two weeks later, broke our existing system, said he could not do the work, and left. I called them yesterday to ask what was going on and the woman said JR would call me as soon as he was free. He never called. The techs who came to our home knew their stuff. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved it. Then went further by demonstrating other features. Corey and DJ were their names. Great job fellas.
After coming out to assess what I wanted done, I never heard from them again.

Liked working with this company. Bill my salesperson coordinated the system installation well, Ricky was an awesome technician, and the owner was very supportive and worked hard to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
