Dr. Tishuk was incredible with me. He was thorough, explained things in terms I could understand, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. I never felt like a patient with him; he went out of his way to make me feel heard and seen.
My mother had appoitment setember 8 2:30 Pm. They called her the same day to let her know she had missed her appointment, at 11:00am, and that her next appointment would be October 21st. I am really atonished at how they have the time to call her back - an old woman with bad memory (which is the issue her apointment is about)- and clear up a time for other appointmets but they dont have the time to answer the multiple calls from me nor call me back. He listens closely to me as a patient. I like to keep the same doctors who make me feel I can trust with my health. I choose to continue my visits. He is professional, diligent and who does not rush you. The receptionist does her best to keep you reminded if there’s any future visits. Thank you
The doctor does not accommodate working people; his hours are horrible. Last appointment is 3pm what about all the working people out there doc? He has no bedside manner; never smiles and always in a rush to get you out. Unfortunately, he's the only neuro in the area so I am stuck.
Doctor advised they were going to call in a medication for my horrible headaches. Doctor informed office staff will call me the next day to advise it was called in. Nothing was called in to my pharmacy and when I try and call the office back I’m told to leave a message and someone will call me back. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. That was over a month ago. I call two to three times a week and never get a call back. If I could give zero stars I would.
