I've been renting with tishau holding the last few years and I can't say enough good things about the management and how they have continually improved over the years. They maintain their property to high standards without needing to be asked for improvements. Tishau Holdings has been a joy to do business with. Unlike the larger, more corporate property management companies, their practices align with integrity and the individual attention one would hope for. I plan to rent with them for may years to come.
Previously lived at 3200 Payne Ave, San Jose Ca. The leasing office management is unprofessional. Kathy does not call back and does not follow up with the voicemails left. I’ve lived there for over 7 years and they don’t work for their residents as I had a broken dishwasher and management said it’s fix which was an ongoing back and forth work order.
