Previously lived at 3200 Payne Ave, San Jose Ca. The leasing office management is unprofessional. Kathy does not call back and does not follow up with the voicemails left. I’ve lived there for over 7 years and they don’t work for their residents as I had a broken dishwasher and management said it’s fix which was an ongoing back and forth work order. The people who work for West Park and Tishau are some of the most dishonest, morally corrupt people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are liars to their core and behave like criminal scam artists. Even when you present them with the truth, they will lie to your face. They are currently pulling a scam on tenants stating that they have to pay their rent online (rather than by check). The people were super nice and willing to help me with everything I needed.
THEY ARE SCAMMER, DON'T TRUST THEM when i sent my request for vacate, Joyce came to inspect my home and she said " is cleanest home I see in my life, we don't need charge you for cleaning" we have someone coming to clean our home every Monday. the day that we have to return the key I asked Joyce to come and see the home, she told me is fine I already inspected any way I dropped the in cabinet and locked the home and left, they charged us $255 for cleaning that we already did,
