Dr Tisdall is a bit of a male chauvinist. Some inappropriate comments were made during my eye exam about women in general, but particularly about a woman on his staff... Despite that, I am impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. In a good neighborhood, close to downtown.

Not that I have seen Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, he is among the best I have seen. He has a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I feel like he goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. All my questions are answered. He has preformed successful surgery on my husband.
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
