Wally was prompt and flexed to accommodate our schedule. He helped us unravel the remodeling history of the house. He had a good grasp of construction standards and techniques.

PLEASE READ. Beware, do not trust the 5 star rating. I am editing my review to follow up on the comment that was left. I did not understand the extent of the inspection. The inspection was well put together but very basic items. I feel I overpaid for what I got. 5/12/24: It is a visual inspection which means he will not check any pipes other than what can be seen by the eye. Make sure to have someone check your sewage pipes. Wally was promt and brought everything he needed. We had a pre-sale inspection done. He took a real close look at the roofs, shingles, out buildings, stone work, house interior, plumbing, electrical work, and even landscaping . He went over the results with me right away, and had over 100 photos available on line the next day ( with circles around areas he commented on).
