As a first time homebuyer, Tirzsha was a tremendous help. She broke down all the steps and was very informative from finding a budget, credit checks, having multiple pre-approvals, and recommending great builders. Although we had to continue with another realtor (due to being in a different state), Tirzsha really laid the foundation. Even after closing, she still keeps in contact with my fiancé and I. We really appreciate it!
