The physical therapists are good, but their scheduling is atrocious. TIRR NEVER calls to schedule anything no matter what the therapist says. You must call them, and they act as if this never happens, yet it happens to me every time. And even after you call, they insist on calling you back to actually schedule your therapy. It’s an endless do loop. I suggest going to another provider.

It may take some time to get into see Kirk for lymphedema care, but it’s worth it. The approach and treatment is definitely many steps above other lymphedema clinics. Use the lower quality clinics until you can get into Kirk is my advice. Excellent referral for garments. Thank God I found him!

The care is top notch, the scheduling not so much. The first time they kept insisting I had an appointment when my therapist said U did not. The second time they dropped two appointments completly.
