I've been going to this place for 15 years. Never once did I have a negative experience. 3 weeks ago, one of the employees of tire zoo broke the lug nut covers of my hubcaps and I was assured that they would be replaced. Last week I stopped in because I hadn't heard anything, and the owner said that he still has to order them. Today I stopped in, and the owner said they were on order.
