Overall great experience, well equipped facility, great staff from entrance to exit, reasonably priced services , no waiting despite I was a walk in without appointment Highly recommended
Great communication during the repair process. Picked my car up and the steering wheel was a little off center, but nothing major. Got a warranty with the alignment which is huge, and will let them correct the steering wheel. Would recommend and definitely will be back.
I’m just wanted to take a moment to post about my positive experience at Tire South Roswell. Both the store manager and director helped me and I had the best customer service experience. I called the store with a concern I had with my brake pads. They had me come in and get my car looked at. They quickly identified the issue and got me some new brake pads. They went out of their way to serve me the customer. You don’t always get that these days. I recommend taking your car here.
TireSouth team were very professional, friendly and helpful through out process, highly recommend.
The fellas inspected my van and gave me good advice for the repair. I really appreciated their time and effort to steer me in the right direction!
