I absolutely love this place. They come to your house, usually have same day appointments, and and somehow have better pricing than the big tire shops. There is no reason to get tires anywhere else.
Had an issue with a repair - even late on a Sunday, Miguel was immediately responsive and here first thing in the morning the next day to take care of the issue. Never looking forward to having any future tire issues, but should they happen, I won't hesitate to reach out to Tire Xpress again!
I can’t express enough how prompt, flexible, efficient and patient Miguel is. There was a series (x10) of unfortunate events with my situation that was causing so much frustration out of my control and the way he handled it with such ease was absolutely amazing. Someone slashed a rear tire while parked in cap hill. Realized there was no lug wrench. Called triple A and they wouldn't tow to a tire shop, only mechanic shops that didn't have tires in stock. Last resort ended up being the best option. Messaged at 12:15pm and was there by 230pm, and done in 20min. Saved the day and couldn't have had a more Profesional experience. Highly recommend. Price was cheaper than a tow and a used tire. Will be sharing with my friends.
Great experience with Miguel. I had a flat tire and he came out and fixed it relatively quickly. He answered the phone immediately and gave me his informed opinion on good options for tires considering I have an EV. His price seemed reasonable for a mobile service. I also appreciate him explaining helpful information about the tread on my other tires and how often to get the tires rotated for an EV. I would highly recommend him.
