Wanted 4 new tires, alignment & oil change. Tires are great, other than 1 of my TPMS sensors is now dead after getting new tires put on. Alignment was a disaster. After several hours on the alignment rack was told I needed outer tie rod ends. Huh? First off that should have been checked in the beginning not 2 hours into it. 2nd off the truck has 20000 miles!
