Very helpful and friendly sales people and great prices in Michelin tires, Great service!
Person at the front desk was very rude. I asked for a price to mount and balance 4 tires that I had already purchased online, because I wanted a specific brand that I had bought before. He apparently didn't appreciate that and went on a rant about how "the younger generation" doesn't understand that he prices different when people buy the tires directly from him and that "that's the reason my parking lot stays so full". Stay away from this company. They balanced tires on my RV and put the lug nuts back on at the PSI for a passenger vehicle (105 psi). The lug nuts came off, the bolts broke, and the rim and tire literally came off the RV going 75 miles per hour and almost killed my family. The owner admitted they only tighten to 105 psi and when I shared that the manual says 140-150 for steel wheels on an e450 and spec on my RV is 165, he explained that the owners manual and factory spec on my RV is wrong and he is right, which is obviously r... read more
