I had a scheduled appointment to get my tires rotated at 10:00 am. It took 20 minutes just to be helped. And apparently my appointment was not in the system. They promised my vehicle would take about 45 minutes to an hour. It has been 3 hours later and my vehicle is still not ready. They are so disorganized.
Was told one hour to install tires. was three hours before I was out
Great service. I was a walk in. I was treated with respect and kindness. They try to up sales me. They did what I needed and got me out.
