Made an appointment 5 days in advance to get an oil change and a set of 4 new tires. Snowstorm on the day scheduled. Got there and told them I needed the vehicle back in a bout 4 hours. They told me "there are about 7 people ahead of you, we'll need the vehicle for about 6 or 7 hours." I guess that during a snowstorm is when people who have procrastinated for months decide to get new tires. Didn't matter that I had an appointment - they took "walk-ins" ahead of me. Very competent friendly service. Best waiting room anywhere. Very fair with us. Did not try to sell us more than we needed.
2nd time around... This is my second post on this company. Brought my wifes van in for brakes and alignment. Service was even better than the first time. Priced right and repaired right the first time. Other retailers should model this place.
Good Tire Sellers Good at selling tires and that is pretty much it. I don't recommend this place for heavy vehicle repairs. They are good at two things: selling tires and changing oil. If you need major vehicle maintenance...DO NOT go here.
