I had problems with the balancing of my tires I went there and they were very helpful in taking care of the situation.
Husband has been to the same location 4 times to have the same issue fixed. All 4 times required him to use Iber to get back home, then pick up the vehicle. All 4 times he was told the issue was fixed. All 4 times, they failed to fix the issue. Now.... they want him to come back AGAIN, after he's been completely taken advantage of and got the worst service possible! Unbelievable. I am BEYOND disappointed.

The Lake Worth Tires Plus location proved to be a good experience for me. Rick Jette was very accommodating from the time I walked in the door. He pinpointed what I was looking for and I agreed on his tire selection. The service crew were quick and complete. Tires Plus corporate office can be proud of location. Their level of courtesy and professionalism is second to none. I would highly recommend them.
