I’ve been a customer of this Tires Plus for over 12 years and like the customer service and professionalism shown by their entire team. Recently had a steering issue on my daughter’s Ford Focus. Rick not only saved me over $600 dollars, but the car was repaired in one day. Rick is always considerate and very knowledgeable. I’d also like to recommend Dale. He’s knowledgeable and professional. With Rick and Dale at the front desk I know I’ll be taken cared of each and every time.
Tires Plus is a professional shop offering services above and beyond tire repair. The staff is courteous, explains every detail of the repair or maintenance procedure. The technician was able to find the slow leak problem I had on a tire. The sidewall puncture could not be repaired and a replacement was in stock. The staff is efficient and hard working. I highly recommend Tires Plus.
My car was done promptly . In a few hours which I thought I might have to leave it over night, as I needed totally new breaks, pads, and Roters. I didn’t bring the car in until 2.30 pm and had it finished and ready to take home by 7.45 pm. Discounts were applied and everyone that works there is curtious and polite. I have had service and purchased new tires and have always been very satisfied. Highly recommended.
We got two flat tires on our way back to Orlando we looked up the closest tire shop and when we arrived Dale was very helpful he took his time to look up the tires was very friendly great costumer service.
