Not happy! This is the second time this has happened. Lost a hubcap after tire rotation. The first time I had service just prior to leaving on a trip. This was with my previous vehicle. Not only the hubcap issue but one of my tires kept losing air. Had to stop and fill the tire 3 times on my trip to south Florida from Middleburg. I had to buy 4 new hubcaps but the store did reimburse me for that. When I got to south Florida my son took the car to Tires Plus down there. It was a valve issue. They often play loud music and won't turn it down, despite noise pollution to residents and the rest of the businesses in the parking lot. When asked, employees are rude and combative and the manager is always "gone".
I wasn't charged for the tire patch, even though the tire ended up having more damage and needed to be replaced. A new tire was not pushed on me at all. The techs rotated the spare to the back and put it on to keep me safe. I really appreciated that
Friendly, fast, and fair. Did not feel any pressure to do the extra service recommended as it is not dire and can be done at a later date and they respected that vs being pushy like other facilities.
