I have been using Tires Plus forever! I love the Lakeland store because of Derek he is the most honest and reliable store manager I have ever encountered. The prices are competitive and Derek always makes me feel as if I am the only customer when I come into his store. Thanks so much Tires Plus you are great, your place and staff are very friendly. I’ve been here a few times for brakes and alignment adjustments. The pros are the online appointment scheduling, online coupons, and they’re open o Sunday. The cons are they can get behind schedule quickly. On my last visit I was there for 3 hours for an oil change, wheel rotation, and alignment adjustment. This was with an appointment. They will try to sell you tires on the spot, but you can always say no. for the work I’ve had done, I’ve thought that the price has been fair.

They are the WORST when it comes to appointments. The purpose of having an appointment is so you can be seen at that time. Each time I schedule an oil change when I get there it's always you will have to wait......

Few weeks ago I took my Toyota Corolla ’99 to fix the maintenance repair. I did my engine tune up to fix the error showing in the engine. Back brakes are adjusted and my serpentine belt is also replaced. Overall now I feel very comfortable and my car is running smooth while driving on the road. Their quoted rates are reasonable compared to other places.

My 80 year old mother went to tires plus in Grandview to get the oil changed. They recommended she get a coolant flush and a brake flush. She agreed and the work was supposedly done. About 9 days later, first time she drove it, steam came up off her engine and her check engine light came on. She went back to tires plus to see what was wrong. They said what they did had nothing to do with the check engine light. They said the steam was caused by a coolant leak between the intake and the block. Said it would be 3 hours labor a... read more

I came here to change my tires because frankly, they were going bald and I didn’t want to skid around the rode in the upcoming Fall weather. They gave me a great deal and they set to work on my car. I was just waiting in the lobby area and one of the technicians comes and asks me if I’d like to have my wiper blades replaced as well.
