absolutely not. i walked into the store with a 4:00 appoint for a tire repair because i know it had a nail in it which was visual to the eye. i spoke to the woman in the front end at 4:50 asking if it was completed. it was a simple patch. so i looked out the window & the hood of my car was up! i said why the hell is my hood up for a simple tire fix? it was 1 tire. i said take my car down & im going somewhere else. she said kinda hard when its on the balance machine. i said for an hour? then another customer was going through... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t even waste your time. I called and made an appointment for 11:00 came back after an hour and they didn’t even have it in the shop yet. The bald guy (older) that works the front counter is so rude, never even apologized. Just said we can get it done in 2 minutes... I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
