wasted time and they couldn't do an alignment since their machine was broken. should of told me before i waited 90 minutes
gave them 2500 to fix my car. it ran when I brought it to their shop, but didn't run when they gave it back to me. I had to tow it out of the parking lot. they refused to fix it and tried accusing me of breaking it. So now I'm out 2500 and now have to pay someone else what they messed up.
Slow service then they tried to run my check through my bank as an automatic debit withdrawal and also cash the check!!! Don’t ever go there!
Where do I start. They lied to my face about the work fixing the problem. Returned my car in worse shape than I gave it to them. I complained and the manager said that 1) what one of the employees said to me, they didn’t actually say - even though they weren’t there; 2) that it was actually my fault; 3) to check it out I had to come in on a day that didn’t work and sit there for 5.5 hours while they checked their work. They are very slow. Last time took over 2 hours to change our oil. Tried to use them one more time and they made promises they weren’t able to keep. I will not be going back.
I promise you they did something to my tire in order for me to buy one. All I wanted was an oil change & tire rotation. The last thing the cashier said to me when I was leaving, if you hear s noise, pull over and check it out. Good thing I had another errand to run before hitting the highway going home (from Davenport to Des Moines). Yep! I had a flat! Almost 100.00 later!!!
