Tires plus ripped us off!!!! They charged $220.99 each for hub assemblies that can be purchased next door to them for $131.99 each AND charged us $330.40 for ONE HOUR of labor. Will NEVER go here for anything again! STAY AWAY!!!!
I made an appt at 11am to have an oil change. I tried calling 3 hours later to get an update since I had not heard anything and and was put on hold. No one ever came back on to talk to me so I drove back up there to find out my car had not even been brought back yet. What is the point of making an appt then? Used this place before and had a great experience. My wife went back to get an oil change and two days later I find out that that oil supposedly leaked out of a crack in the timing case and caused the alternator to malfunction. Cost estimated at $1600 to repair case and alternator . We couldn’t afford so I sent to a local business across town who informed us this was not the case.
