After making an appointment to have a slow leak repaired, I waited an hour, watching two other customers who arrived after me (one without an appointment) complete their visit before me. When I complained, the manager observed that “it’s like waiting for a doctor’s appointment.” Only after I complained and asked for my key back did they take my car in.
