The manager was nice and very professional. The only thing that was missing was the coffee that morning I was there. I didn't have to wait long for a front end alignment so that was a plus for me.
I went to this tires plus with an issue with my brakes, now, don't get me wrong.The customer service was nice.The manager was nice. But they would not service my car, because I had it covered. By car shield i had my car covered by car shield At another Tires Plus with absolutely no problem but this one does not cover cars that are covered for repair. Stopped by yesterday because one tire was low. Super helpful, they topped it off and added a valve stem cover that was lost! Said I needed new tires so I asked if I could come next week, make sure they'll have time to order them. Come to the desk to set everything up and was told they could get me in at 1000 today. Car didn't get pulled in until 1230! It is now 1416 and my vehicle is STILL in the bay with the hood up. When I am told "we can get you in at 1000" that tells me I have an appointment.
