Place is nasty only 2 people in the shop and the lady up front just sits at a table and is the manager of all people there and doesn’t know anything about my vehicle I will not return here again very rude and unprofessional bad exsperience!
Kay was a GREAT customer service rep. I called her because I had a flat tire and she just said bring it in and they got it done in a couple hours. Thank yall so much for saving my day and car!

I had a great experience at tires plus, the woman who helped me at the front desk was nothing but kind and understanding. They have great and efficient service!
Im giving 5 stars bc the girl at the front desk (Kay) was awesome. Her and the ONE technician they had working were doing everything they could to get jobs done and they still had great attitudes. We made an appointment to come back for tires and a couple other things. Some places try to sell you things you dont need or lie to you about whats wrong with your car. They did not do that here. I think these two deserve a raise 👏 🙃
