My sister is still waiting for Corporate to make things right after they damaged her vehicle. She took the car in June 2019 for oil change and tire rotation. $3,100 later AND damage to the vehicle she has jumped through hoops for Corporate and they ARE still dragging their feet to refund her her money. They know they messed up taking a mechanic screwdriver to the transverse axis cap and prying the part which ANY reputable mechanic KNOWS should NOT occur!!! I just love Tires Plus here in Stafford. They are always so great. I spent a little longer than I wanted to there, but Mike is always awesome and funny to talk to while waiting. And the other mechanic Josh was really quick with fixing the second stem air valve that broke. Love them all! Super happy customer!

Went in just now and tried to get a tractor tire placed back on the wheel. I had it all guy behind counter says “ we would have to to that by hand and that’s to much work” well ain’t I a tire ship guess not y’all suck
Thank you guys so much for taking wonderful care of us. We’re traveling from MD to AL, broke down and even though they had a full scheduled day, they squeezed us in and fixed our vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

So, I had to have my car go to the shop this weekend and dropped it off yesterday. I have to say the service today from the guys at Tires Plus was absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and honest. To say that about most mechanics is rare, but they really were beyond what I expected from a group of mechanics. Unhappy, not personable, uncaring. That wasn't the case with theses guys! They all were amazing. I'm really happy with them! And Adaline had a bunny in her car seat!!!
