Rude, disrespectful techs and terrible service. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change early Saturday morning. When I walked into the lobby, the tech was sitting in the lobby watching tv and didn't acknowledge me until I said "Hello?". The tech gives an exasperated sigh and gets up out of the chair. I went to the counter telling the tech I had an oil change appointment and he asked if I was dropping off my vehicle.
