Car overheated, AC wasn't working, so I dropped it off. They replaced the radiator, thermostat, refilled coolant, and had me back up and running in a few days.
This Tires Plus location is my first choice going forward! From the care provided by the front counter staff, to the attention the detail by the technician, I feel my vehicle was well taken care of. I appreciate being worked in on a clearly busy day and for the communication from beginning to end! I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had bringing my son’s car in for service.

I’ve been a customer of this Tires Plus location for years and have spent thousands of dollars here—but after my most recent experience, I will never return. I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and without my consent, the technician removed my oil plug knowing it could not be reinstalled without replacing the entire oil pan—a repair costing over $600.
