I took my car to Tires Plus which I’ve been doing for 15 years for a flat tire And sputtering in the engine. They fix a flat tire and then told me the code red Sion issue and they couldn’t do anything about that but had to charge me for telling me there’s something in transmission wrong that they can’t fix $144 diagnostic charge If you can’t fix it, you shouldn’t be able to charge for it. I strongly recommend not come to this place! Took my car last week they work on it. Couldn’t fix what was wrong with it because they don’t have the equipment. What I’m more disappointed is that I brought my car back with scratches! Very unprofessional. They could have just let me know there the mistake they did but didn’t. Now my car has scratch on both of my doors. Don’t take your car there if they won’t take responsibility for it.
