The entire staff at this location was amazing when I went in for servicing for my Vehicle. I want to send a special shout out to Michael Sullivan. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and displayed a strong commitment to customer service.
*** emailed from your responce and no one reached out.. I brought my Nissan NV200 in because of a noise issue and was initially told it needed a wheel bearing. After that repair failed to fix the problem, I was then told it needed a belt tensioner. After both repairs were completed, the original issue was still present. At that point, Tires Plus chose to completely refund the cost of both the wheel bearing and belt tensioner repairs. To me, that speaks volumes.
