Made us wait 4 hours all to tell us they couldn’t do the work. Extremely rude staff from the beginning all the way up until we left. Not only was the staff rude to us but to multiple customers we witnessed walk in while we were waiting, including some elderly customers. If you don’t like your job, quit, but don’t be rude to people or waste peoples time. Super unprofessional. Don’t go here
They had a big sale going on this weekend. Some free food and drinks while you wait. Cant go wrong with that
Slowest service of all time. 2 hours for an oil change appointment
This experience was very good as the shop was able to keep the vehicle all day (even overnight) so there was no waiting involved. The drop off and pick up were easy. After intake, the shop called to let me know a couple issues they found which were anticipated given the mileage and symptoms before dropping the car off. I was able to approve work on the phone and vehicle performs well after pickup. Shop even applied discounts and coupons that were available without my prompting.
