If I could give this Tires Plus location a HUGE NEGATIVE rating, I would. Brought my car in for oil change. Called me and told me my front tires had 1-2mm, rear tires 4-5mm. Needed to be replaced. Said front end was out of alignment, needed to be aligned. Front brake rotors needed resurfacing. Also needed new engine air filter and cabin air filter. I asked them to do all but tires. Warning: Worst Customer Service – The worst customer service!...I went there to install a tire that I had bought somewhere else, and when I asked them to call the insurance company for the road hazard insurance approval, they told me they don't deal with insurance companies. They told me they make money selling tires, not installing tires, so they did not want to help me with the approval of my tire's road hazard insurance. Best Auto Shop In Town – I visited Firestone on Howell Mill becasue it was on my way to work and I had a screw in my tire. I was told that they could not patch my tire because of the location of the screw and that I would need a new tire. As a long time customer of Tires Plus, I figured if I was going to have to buy a new tire I was going to go to the folks who have always taken care of us. Awesome Customer Service – When I got my last flat tire, I wasn't looking forward to finding a tire place to take it. I've had some bad expereinces at at car shops and lets just say that I knew where not to take it. It was late in the evening on a Monday and I was looking for something open.
