Got my tire patched today August 3rd. They charged me for the Alignment they never did. I watched the guy plug it and put the tire back on without putting it on the Alignment machine. When I said to the service writer that Alignment was not done he goes and asked the mechanic and he bluntly lied and said he did. If he did why do I have only one weight on that was on my car for ever and not a new weight. Yeah. Thats why shops get a bad name because they are lazy and liars . You should be ashamed of yourself. This team is the best. Justin let me put some perishable groceries in their fridge while I waited for my car to get fixed. They have made a customer for life.
Justin and his team go away above and beyond. He will shot you straight and not just go the extra mile but extra ten miles.
