August 19 Bonnell was so easy to work with and the services I needed for my car were done quickly and when they were done they let me know immediately for easy pick up. Jacob, Cat, and the other front desk workers were very attentive to my needs and helped me make the correct decision for the work to be done. Matt was great and very informative working with my car at such short notice. I was able to get an appointment in within 10 minutes & he was able to assist me with the issue of my car. I would definitely recommend this location.
Bonnel is the best service advisor for any job. I highly recommend Bonnel for great and excellent service. KUDOS 👏!
Kat is the manager at this location and she is awesome! She was a good listener as I described my issue with my car. She connects well with customers and I felt confident that she would make sure my car got fixed and she did. I have not seen this type of management at a car repair place in a long! Hopefully she is there for a while or better yet get a promotion!
