On 08/04 at approximately 6:20 something I arrived at this Duluth location and had a disgusting interaction. My tire had ran flat about 30 mins prior, I put a donut on and drove to the nearest tire shop. Please also keep in mind I am a veteran and I live nowhere near Duluth I am just out here for a VA appointment. Also it is storming as well , I did not want to risk driving FAR home on a DONUT in the pouring RAIN . They have amazing customer services, best deals on tires and repairs, and always get us back on the road in record time. Plus, the location is super close to our warehouse and convenient for our fleet vehicles.
This is the only place I will purchase tires, They have incredible customer service at this location and I greatly appreciate them and all of their help.
Bonnell at TirePlus was absolutely fabulous and I received top notch service. I had a tire fall apart on me on the highway and was towed here because they were still open (after 5pm). Bonnell made me feel comfortable and I felt the care. Tommy the technician was on point and got right to work. I cant say enough good things about my experience here. Thank you!!!
