The best experience I’ve ever had at a car repair shop. Brought a company vehicle in to fix extreme shaking. They knew right away what the problem was and fixed it in a limited amount of time. Thanks for doing a great job.
Service was quick and staff was helpful, friendly and informative. They didn't try and add services to what I was there for like what usually happens to me when I take my car in for service.
I stopped in on my way home from work on a whim with a concern about my car. They were so helpful! They topped off my fluids and made sure I was safe to go. I will be back! Excellent customer care
I dropped off 1 tire to be mounted and balanced with a new valve stem. When arriving the valve stem had not been replaced. They quickly fixed that mistake and gave me back my wheel, and I paid for the service. At that point before leaving, I found damaged to my rim in numerous spots. The guy working the desk said they could repair the rim and manager was out to lunch but would contact me ASAP. Been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I made appointment on my computador, arrive at the location and the person at front desk had no idea even i had to show him my cell phone so would realize that had made it the night before, he sent me to another location where they told me I would be seen in two hours by another person who has no idea about customer service.
