If I could have hit 6 stars, I would have chose that. Mark, Bryce and everyone at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help fix a very frustrating experience that lasted two days. Mind you, NONE of this frustration was at Mark or TiresPlus, but dealing with a very dishonest BMW rep and dealership that told me work would be under warranty, only to tow it over, and hear from them none was covered, and the work would be nearly 1500.00. after fighting with them to get it back to Tires Plus (which I had to pay for), and being thre... read more
