HORRIBLE experience. I’ve been to this location once before for tire changes and alignment. No issues other than their attempt to up-sale me on a new battery when I didn’t need one during my last visit. I know better so I declined. In this most current visit, their up-sale tactics went up 100x folds. Went in for a lifetime tire rotation and balance. That turned into a disaster with the manager screaming at me after his worker stripped the lug nuts on the car and expected me to pay for their screw up. He admitted to having trouble removing the lug nuts and using a hammer. At this time Sir this would have been a good time to notify the customer of the problem, not after you screwed up!! Then he tells me the replacement of the A/C Motor Blower is $521, plus...- I immediately said I can't pay that and I have a warranty. Thank you tires plus for helping me. I had a nail in my tire an hour before they closed. I called and they were happy to help me. I was out in under an hour.
Purchased four tires, had highway vibration after. Had them rebalance tires 2 additional times. After responding to survey, manager awkwardly confronted me about it in store and made me to feel not welcome. He told me my wheel was bent. Took vehicle to Discount Tire and on their first attempt at balancing my vibration issue was gone. It’s concerning that TiresPlus can’t even conduct the most basic of vehicle repairs satisfactorily. Makes you question their ability to conduct larger repairs.
worst service. I even made a complaint. then the store manager called me and said our coustomer service people should be better at maintain expectations. ooo and they missed that I have a break light out. and he said. that's the hardest one to find. what a BS company
I have gone here almost 10 years always a good experience even when its costly.
