Today was my first and LAST visit to Tires Plus on Garden Street in Titusville. On jury duty at the courthouse, I had limited time to deal with a nail in my tire while on my lunch break. When I pulled my Lexus into Tires Plus, the girl said, "We have people on standby who can look at it now." (*Translation: "We don't have any work and we've got employees standing around, on the clock, whose payroll we need to make.") THIS should've been my first clue! Worst ever. Never again! Think twice before you buy tires from this guy. This facility is the worst. UPDATE: Went to another tires plus... found out Austin flat out lied to me when selling me the tiers. Please be careful and get everything he says in writing.
