If I could give zero stars, I would. Made an appointment online and got the "success" notice on their website, telling me I would get an email confirmation shortly. No email confirmation, no text message, nothing. It's been 24 hours. Apparently, their system failed. Had to make an appointment with another company.Â
Excellent care, great customer service. Car is set for a few seasons. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Brown Deer.Â
