Kyle and Robb are the BEST
CJ and Kyle were an amazing help. They made sure to review everything with me on the recommendations and even made sure I had a visual understanding of any parts that needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Highly recommend this location.
This is the third time I’ve gone to tire plus where I received my car without a lug nut on a tire. Not one time was I notified by the service technician that a lug nut was missing. This is a huge safety issue. Luckily, I spoke to the Representative inside and he was able to tighten an extra lug nut for me. There should be some type of policy that forces technicians to notify customers if a lug nut is missing on a tire, this a total disregard for public safety.
