Made an appointment online and when I arrived they had no record of the appointment that I made on their website. I entered the specs of my car on their site when making the appointment and the tires their page showed available were not available.

Worst experience ever!!!! We went in for a simple alignment and left with ruined tires, zero answers, and the most disrespectful treatment we’ve ever had. They hid the final alignment report from us — the one that showed it didn’t even work — and never said a word. Months later, our tires were destroyed from the inside, and that’s when we found out they had the report all along, just filed away like nothing happened!
