Been bringing my cars here for over 20 years. As a single woman, it’s always a little nerve-racking, but they were always honest and upfront with me. I had a nail in my tire and needed a simple patch. This shop told me they couldn’t patch it and insisted I needed new tires—tried to sell me four for $1,400, then said I could “get by” with just two. I left. My partner owns a transmission/auto shop in NY, so I knew they were lying and just upselling. I went to Budget Tire on 19 and they took care of it properly.
