We had tires replaced 3 months ago by tires plus. We took the car in this wet for rotation and alignment and the didn’t bother to check the tire pressure. The light was on. We took it somewhere else and they filled the tires and the light is off now. Tires plus tried to tell me it was a sensor when I called to complain. What a joke.
Recommendedprices are not so bad i got my tire patch but the wait was longer did we expected abd our plans had to be changed but the customer services was very good inside just wish they had more seating but that probably cause of the covid 19
Come a couple times for oil changes/ get new tires and battery replacement. I'm always happy with the results. Adams and Mario are super friendly and always make my day when i come in. No BS when they tell me my car needs something!
Yes my tires took longer than I expected to be changed. Manger Adams let me know off the bat what was going on and was very real. Didn't try to make up excuses or feed me BS like many places do. Actually had a GREAT experience at a GREAT price. Will definitely be back .... ty Adams and Mario too!

Went in Friday early evening to get 4 atv tires dismounted and mount 4 others.Was told they only had 1 employee working and didn't have time.No big deal will come back tomorrow.Go back this morning to remount 2 tires and employee named Dixie asked if they can be left I said no im trying to use them this morning her response was "I would like to do something this morning too but im stuck here working,we don't have time!!"This place is a joke,it's 9 am and you don't have time to put 2 tires on 2 at rims.The unprofessionalism o... read more
